• II. Member Specific Terms of Service
  • a) Verification Data
    You as the member agree and acknowledge that our platform users will have api access to certain verification data of your member account, limited to: your email address, year of birth, ID expiration date, country, state/province and city.
  • Law Enforcement
    You, as the subscribing member, also acknoledge that ZaffitTV abides by all applicable laws in your specific jurisdiction and may make the above data available to law enforcement agencies in the event of a subpeoned court order. It is the policy of ZaffitTV to notify you should we receive such a subpeona.
